We are currently seeking Sponsorship Sales Executives to sell sponsorship packages for our events worldwide. As the Sponsorship Sales Executive, your primary responsibility is to sell various partnership/sponsorship packages, including event sponsorship, multi-event sponsorship, bundles of delegation tickets, online advertising, exhibition booths, thought leadership packages, and branding solutions to existing FIN Oil and Gas clients and new business prospects. You will research new leads and follow up on existing leads, maximize sales time by effectively targeting the correct clients and their companies, generate maximum revenue on any event you are selling on, work within a team environment towards team goals, and meet or exceed personal targets, revenue targets, and call time rates.

To be successful in this role, you must meet or exceed yearly and monthly revenue targets, convince prospects of the benefits of sponsoring our events, exchange information and give necessary feedback as needed by colleagues in different departments at the office, send at 30 emails a day and make at least 30 calls per day on average over a week, meet clients on zoom or face-to-face if possible in meetings arranged by you to present and sell sponsorship opportunities and packages, complete and send the weekly sales report sheet to your line manager, sell on whichever event as necessity demands as directed by your line manager, work extra hours as required, ensure that business conduct reflects an enthusiastic and efficient image of the department, and be present at certain events to network with clients directly face-to-face.

To be eligible for this position, you must have previous work experience in sponsorship sales, delegates sales, and/or account management based sales, be computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, demonstrate fluency in both written and spoken English, excel in face-to-face selling and presenting products and their benefits to clients, be confident in generating new business leads from cold calling, personal research, and industry networking, possess excellent communication skills and telephone manner, be highly motivated, ambitious, and constantly striving for excellence and success, be customer-focused and know how to build and maintain relationships, have self-motivation/drive with a work ethic based on never giving up, be results-oriented, and have a strong business acumen and commercial awareness.

Desirable qualifications include knowledge of the Oil and Gas and/or finance sectors, bilingual or multilingual fluency in English and Chinese and/Portugues , previous use of Salesforce CRM system, and understanding of various sales methodologies.

Remuneration will be based on your salary expectations, availability, and current visa status. We offer an attractive allowance with high commission and benefits to the right candidates. The role is remote but offers international travel to visit clients and attend other FIN Oil and Gas events (both in Europe, Asia and beyond) for those who exceed their sales targets.
